You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open a bio77 account. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.
Each individual may hold exactly one active bio77 account. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts, and accounts operated on behalf of a third party are prohibited and subject to immediate closure without refund.
bio77 supports deposits and withdrawals via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
All bonus funds are subject to stated wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Attempting to withdraw bonus-funded winnings before meeting the rollover threshold will result in the forfeiture of bonus amounts.
bio77 enforces responsible gaming standards including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion. Gambling should be treated as entertainment only. Chasing losses is a recognized problem-gambling behavior.
bio77 operates under an international offshore gaming license. These Terms are governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction. Indonesian users are responsible for assessing their own legal obligations under local law.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any discrepancy arising from translation or interpretation, the English version shall prevail.
You must be at least 21 years of age to open an Account or use the bio77 Platform in any capacity. bio77 enforces this requirement strictly. Any Account opened by a person under 21 will be closed immediately upon discovery, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
bio77 primarily serves residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for individual end-users, and that you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of your participation under the laws applicable to you personally.
The following individuals are not eligible to hold a bio77 Account:
bio77 operates as an internationally licensed offshore platform. Indonesian law regarding online gambling accessed via offshore platforms is legally ambiguous. bio77 does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in any specific Indonesian province or city. You assume full legal responsibility for your own participation.
Each individual may register and maintain exactly one Account on the bio77 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances within them forfeited.
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number. bio77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any registration detail at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. bio77 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have promptly notified bio77 of unauthorized access.
Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account, your Account balance, or any winnings to any third party.
bio77 is committed to maintaining a secure, fraud-free environment for all members. As part of this commitment, bio77 requires identity verification before processing any withdrawal request, and may require it at any earlier point at its reasonable discretion.
KYC verification requires submission of the following documents in clear, legible digital format:
bio77 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. During periods of high verification volume, this may extend to 48 hours. Withdrawals are held pending until verification is complete.
bio77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to satisfy anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations, fraud prevention requirements, or to verify the source of funds deposited into an Account.
bio77 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. bio77 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds by payment method. Current thresholds are displayed on the deposit page within the Platform.
Deposits via local Indonesian bank transfer are typically credited to your Account within 1–5 minutes during standard banking hours (WIB). E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are generally instantaneous.
You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members, friends, or payment processors — are prohibited and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.
bio77 provides voluntary deposit limit tools as part of its Responsible Gaming program. Members are encouraged to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
Withdrawals are available to Members who have completed KYC verification and whose Account balance reflects funds that are not subject to any pending wagering requirement. bio77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. bio77 reserves the right to adjust this threshold. Current limits are displayed on the withdrawal page within the Platform.
The majority of withdrawal requests to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata) are processed within 5 minutes during standard banking hours (Monday–Saturday, 07:00–21:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours are queued for processing at the next available banking window. bio77 does not control interbank clearing times once a transfer has been dispatched.
As an anti-money-laundering control, withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, unless bio77 has approved an alternative in writing following a KYC review.
bio77 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, bio77 will communicate the reason for the delay to the Member promptly and, where possible, indicate the documentation required to resolve the hold.
bio77 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BRI Liga 1 fixtures, EPL matchweeks, Champions League knockout rounds, and Indonesian public holidays including Idul Fitri and Indonesian Independence Day.
Each promotion specifies its own eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirement, opt-in method, and validity period. No bonus is awarded automatically unless explicitly stated otherwise. Members must review individual promotion pages prior to participating.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) as specified in the applicable promotion terms. The wagering requirement must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-related winnings is permitted. Attempting to withdraw before fulfilling the rollover will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
bio77 operates zero tolerance toward bonus abuse. Practices including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value, coordinated multi-account claiming, use of automated software to fulfill wagering requirements, and deliberate exploitation of promotion mechanics will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings, and potential recovery of any fraudulently obtained funds.
bio77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any modification will not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered at the time of the change.
All bets placed on the bio77 Platform are subject to acceptance by the Company. bio77 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason. This right applies equally to all bet types including single bets, mix parlay (accumulator) bets, Asian Handicap (voor bola) markets, and live in-play wagers.
Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed on individual markets within the Platform and may vary by sport, competition, market type, and time of bet placement. bio77 reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits where betting patterns suggest professional or sharp activity inconsistent with recreational use.
In the event that a bet is accepted at an odds price that was clearly an error — whether due to a technical fault, data feed failure, or human input mistake — bio77 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. bio77 will use reasonable judgment in determining what constitutes an obvious mistake.
A bet will be declared void and the stake refunded in situations including event cancellation, postponement beyond the stated void-if-no-result timeframe, abandonment of a match before the relevant market concludes, or settlement of a market at a manifestly incorrect result subsequently corrected by the governing body.
Live in-play betting on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and other supported competitions is subject to communication delays inherent in live data feeds. bio77 is not liable for acceptance of bets placed after an in-play event (goal, red card, final whistle) where the result was known to the Member at the time of placement but the Platform had not yet updated. Such bets may be voided upon review.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bio77 Platform:
bio77 reserves the right to take immediate action upon detection of any prohibited conduct, including Account suspension, fund forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
All content on the bio77 Platform — including but not limited to the bio77 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of the Company.
bio77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party infrastructure failures, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. bio77 accepts no liability for losses resulting from Platform unavailability.
Gambling inherently involves financial risk and the possibility of loss. bio77 accepts no liability for any financial loss, emotional distress, or other harm arising from a Member's participation in betting or gaming activities on the Platform. Members bet at their own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bio77's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with these Terms, regardless of the legal basis of the claim, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bio77 shall not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm, even if bio77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
bio77 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected underage access, AML concerns, or at the direction of a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority. Where funds are held pending investigation, bio77 will communicate the status of the Account to the Member within a reasonable timeframe.
Members may request Account closure at any time by contacting the bio77 support team. Following closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the Member's registered payment method after the completion of all pending KYC requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
Members who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period via the bio77 Responsible Gaming tools. Self-exclusion is treated as an Account restriction, not a closure, and may be made permanent upon the Member's request. During self-exclusion, the Member may not open a new Account. bio77 processes personal data in accordance with internationally recognized data protection standards, including the principles of data minimization, purpose limitation, and storage limitation. Personal data is never sold to third parties. Where data is shared with third-party service providers — such as KYC verification partners or payment processors — it is shared solely to the extent necessary to deliver the contracted service.
bio77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Members are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company holds its international offshore gaming license. This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
In the event of any dispute, complaint, or grievance, Members are encouraged to contact the bio77 support team in the first instance. The majority of Member concerns are resolved at this stage within 48 hours. bio77's support team operates in English and Indonesian.
If informal resolution is not achieved within 14 days of the Member's initial complaint, the dispute may be escalated to the Company's formal dispute resolution process, details of which will be provided upon request. bio77 is committed to fair and transparent resolution of all Member disputes.
All formal dispute correspondence shall be conducted in English. Where a Member is unable to communicate in English, bio77 will make reasonable efforts to provide Indonesian-language support throughout the process.
